The School Day
- 07.50am - Breakfast Club opens for children signed up to before school care
- 08.45am - Parents are welcome to drop children into classes
- 08.50am – School Day starts for all children – they must be in class and ready to learn no later than this time.
- 10.30am - Morning Break
- 11.45am - 12.45pm - Lunchtime for Preschool and Reception children
- 12.00pm - 1.00pm - Lunchtime for Class1 and 2
- 12.10pm - 1.10pm - Lunchtime for Class 3, 4, 5 and 6
- 3.20pm - School Day ends. Children can be collected from their classes. Please do let us know if your child will be going home with someone different (a friend, grandparent etc).
- 5.30pm - After School Club ends for children signed up to wrap around care
The Kingsacre school week is 32.5 hours.
Travel to School
We encourage families close by to walk or cycle/scoot to school. Storage is provided for scooters, skateboards and bikes – we ask that you all wear helmets please! If you are travelling to school by car from further afield, please park considerately on the raods around Kingsacre, thinking about the needs/welfare of our neighbours and also our families who are walking, cycling etc to school.
It is illegal, and also dangerous for children, to stop or drop off children in the zig zag zone immediately outside of the school.
